It is easy to find fault with others, but it’s even easier to find fault with ourself.
Many people are unhealthily preoccupied with their faults and mistakes and as a result, develop self-hatred which is not based in reality and is emotionally harmful.
This course will explain how by relating to our natural good qualities, we can find many good reasons to like ourself. 😎
The teachings & guided meditations are led by Gillian Yorke.
Gillian has taught regularly in the Wigan area, and studies on the Teacher Training Program at the Centre. Her teachings are clear and practical, and the guided meditations are relaxing and easy to follow.
