This Sunday morning course features gentle guided meditations and helpful teachings.
We can learn what meditation is, how to meditate successfully at home, and how to have a regular practice.
By developing peace within our own minds, we can reduce many of our problems such as frustration, unhappiness with the state of the world, and anger towards other.

The teachings & guided meditations are led by Gillian Yorke.
Gillian has taught regularly in the Wigan area, and studies on the Teacher Training Program at the Centre. Her teachings are clear and practical, and the guided meditations are relaxing and easy to follow.
