Staying Peaceful In A Troubled World
It can sometimes seem impossible to be happy in the world today. We, our family, and our friends face difficulties and problems nearly every day. When we put on the news and go on the internet we see war, famine and unstable politicians all around the world.
Despite this, it is possible to keep a positive and happy mind when faced with these conditions. By following Buddhas teachings, we can use these difficulties to develop compassion and the wish to attain enlightenment for the benefit of others. Thus the problems we see can be used as an incentive to develop love, compassion and wisdom, and to use meditation to become a better person. Find out more on this short course in Preston.
