The Peace Of Concentration

We need to develop concentration in order to enjoy a peaceful mind. Concentration frees our mind from distracting thoughts and negative conceptions so that we can enjoy real mental freedom and happiness.

‘When we are enjoying internal peace and happiness our craving for external sources of pleasure naturally declines and it is easy to remain content.’ – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

This day retreat will teach the basics of meditation and provide guidance so that you can begin to enjoy its benefits right away.
