Improving Relationships

Do you ever look at someone in your life (or even just think about them!) and automatically feel annoyed?

Being with people is such a big part of our lives – our views differ, conflicts arise and we can feel that the other person is making us stressed and miserable.

This course helps us to see why we might react in this way and offers practical meditations and techniques to help us improve our difficult relationships.

Learn how Buddha’s teachings enable us to relate more positively with others and to find the freedom to have a peaceful mind regardless of what happens.

The teachings and guided meditations are given by Lisa Newman, who teaches at the weekly meditation class in Wigan. She is an excellent example of a modern day Kadampa Practioner and can guide meditations in a simple yet profound way.

Chairs and cushions are provided in the meditation room.
