Migtsema Day Retreat

The migtsema prayer or mantra is at the very heart of Kadampa Buddhism.

Through reciting it with faith we can receive the blessings of wisdom, compassion and spiritual power.

This retreat will focus on the practice ‘King of Dharma’ and will include plenty of time for mantra recitation and receiving blessings.

The retreat is unguided so you will need to be already familiar with the similar practices ‘Heart Jewel’ or ‘Wishfulfilling Jewel’ to get the most from the sessions.

Everyone is welcome, no experience is needed.

Clear Mind, Happy Life

A clear mind is like inner sunshine that cheers us even on the darkest day.

With a clear mind, we can always be happy and make the best decisions.

Inner clarity is natural, it’s our birthright, but because of confusion we often feel clouded and unclear in our life’s journey.

This short course will explain how to enjoy a clear and happy mind.
