Drop-In Meditation & Mindfulness Classes
On-going throughout the year, the purpose of these meditation and mindfulness classes is to provide a clear and practical introduction to Buddhist meditation, showing how it can be integrated into modern life and help solve our day-to-day problems.
Classes begin with a relaxing breathing meditation, include a talk on Buddhism, a meditation on the topic of the talk, and end with refreshments and a social with like minded friends.
Everyone is welcome, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You can join the classes at any time, and chairs are provided in the meditation room. No experience is necessary and there’s no need to book beforehand.
