We all want happiness, but pure happiness can only be attained through developing our mind. Through improving our qualities of love, compassion and wisdom with meditation we can gradually eliminate all our suffering and problems, and eventually attain the everlasting joy of full enlightenment. Taught by Gen Pagpa, who has 20 years experience in practicing meditation and teaches in a warm, loving style that is easy for anyone to follow and enjoy.
