By contemplating and meditating on the uncertainty of our life-span and our impending death, we can solve all our attachment problems and engage in pure spiritual practice. By understanding the death process we can learn how to help people who are dying so that they have a peaceful death and create the best possible conditions for their next life.

With pride, we find it difficult to see anyone as our teacher, whereas with humility we can see everyone as our teacher and learn accordingly. Retreats
Winter Retreat, 2 - 30 January, 2008 - Lamrim/Migtsema and Vajrayogini Retreats
The Lamrim retreat will consist of guided meditations in the first week. After that, those who are engaging in the retreat can choose to do Lamrim or Migtsema retreat. (prayers: King of the Dharma)
For those who have recieved Vajrayogini empowerment, there is an opportunity to do a close retreat and become qualified for self-initiation practice. Please enquire if you are interested.
Amitayus Retreat, 8 - 10 February, 2008
Buddha Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, good fortune and wisdom. By engaging in this retreat we will be able to develop these qualities within our own mind.
