What is GP?

Please check the class schedule below, for the latest details.
On-going throughout the year, the purpose of General Programme is to provide a clear and practical introduction to Buddhist meditation, showing how it can be integrated into modern life and help solve our day-to-day problems.
Classes begin with a relaxing breathing meditation, include a talk on Buddhist meditation, a meditation on the topic of the talk, and end with refreshments and a social with like-minded spiritual friends.
Everyone is welcome, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. You can join the classes at any time.
